Terms of Care

These Terms of Care govern your use of the Steered.AI "Disability" industry agents. By deploying our agents, you agree to these terms.

1. Operational Responsibility

While our agents are autonomous, they operate under your supervision. You, as the Provider, retain ultimate responsibility for all clinical and operational decisions made within your organization. Steered.AI is a tool for efficiency, not a replacement for registered professionals.

2. Safe Deployment

Users must configure appropriate guardrails for agent autonomy. Steered.AI is not liable for actions taken by agents that have been granted unrestricted authority contrary to our safety recommendations.

3. Compliance

Our agents help streamline compliance (e.g., Global Health Standards, Aged Care), but they do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying that all generated reports and claims meet current government standards.

4. Token Usage

Billing is based on "compute tokens" consumed by your agents. Weekly invoices provide a transparent breakdown of usage per agent mode. Disputed charges must be raised within 14 days of invoice receipt.
