• Authentication credentials for third-party integrations (e.g., rostering software, email).
• Operational documents uploaded for agent training (e.g., SOPs, policies).
• Usage logs and interaction history for audit purposes.

3. Participant Data Protection

Sensitive participant data (health records, care plans) is hashed and encrypted at rest. Our agents are designed to minimize data retention, deleting temporary processing contexts immediately after task completion.
